of beautiful forested land and is located 20 minutes

Saskatchewan River boundaries the grazing lease
and the mountains are not far away.
There are two dwellings located at the ranch.
The Hilltop Haven, finished in 1985, is a 7,500 square foot, nine bedroom custom log home with vaulted ceilings.
It is more like a log castle than a log cabin! The Creekside Manor is a six bedroom home that often provides residential treatment services and is snuggled in next to Buster Creek.
Equestrian facilities at the Turn Around Ranch include a heated 13 stall stables, complete with heated wash bay, heated tack room, office, storage lockers and washroom facilities. The adjoining 70' x 170' heated riding arena is a wonderful, safe place to do Equine Assisted Counseling and train horses all year round! A round pen lives in part of the arena. The arena area has both a lower viewing room, and an elevated lounge and meeting area upstairs. This upper area can accommodate seating for up to 30 people. There are eight roomy outdoor paddocks for accommodating visiting horses. There are three electric watering bowls available to the horses at the ranch.
The Turn Around Ranch has access to a vast network of trails throughout about 7000 acres of land on the ranch property and in the adjoining land. A field containing natural obstacles and an outdoor riding arena are also available for use. The ranch has been described as "Horse & Rider Heaven on Earth."
